Given April’s catastrophic frosts, winegrowers can breathe a sigh of relief now that the 2021 vintage is ready to go.
Sadly, our predictions of a sizeable loss in yield turned out to be accurate, and this is one of our smallest harvests in living memory ;(
On a more positive note, quality is excellent.
Reduced yields gave grapes a chance to ripen well, which led to good flavour concentration. Our 2021s are a must-try!
