Harvesting is over and fermentation is well underway, so it’s time to look at the next step in the winemaking process – blending the wines.
Join us for a fun, informative workshop to learn about this year’s Duché d’Uzès whites. Emmanuel Senthille (Domaine Maison Blanc Senthille) and Baptiste Cartier (Domaine Deleuze-Rochetin) will unveil the secrets of wine blending*, using samples of freshly harvested white grape varieties. This could be your opportunity to help create a great white wine!

Festival Saveurs & Savoirs
The Saveurs & Savoirs Festival of Culture and Gastronomy takes place in Uzès from 13 to 15 October.
The brainchild of La Librairie de la Place aux Herbes, the festival has been put together in conjunction with fine food journalist François-Régis Gaudry. Events take place in various venues throughout the ducal city.
The weekend is packed with exciting activities including talks, tastings, meetings, cookery competitions, exhibitions and films, and promises to be full of fun, friendship and foodie inspiration!
